How to set password in user account

Setting a log on password :

# It acts as a difensive mechanism against unauthorized access to your files and folders.
# Guideline to create a secure password.
# User at least 8 (eight) characters.
# Use a mixture of numbers, punctuations, special characters, upper case letter, lower case letters.
# Avoid using your name or user name.
