How to insert the chart in ms word

Chart is useful to calculate the two or more business partner. Because if we calculate for partner's budgets, it's difficult to understand. But if we insert the chart in this all partner's , it is not difficult to understand. We can see profit and loss and understand it. Because its show graphically and many different colors and style and looking beautiful.  

Follow the step to insert the chart :--

1. Open Ms- Word document.

2. Then click on Insert tab.

3. Here we can see many different kinds of chart types. i.e. - Column chart, bar chart, pie chart,
    line chart etc.

4. Select any one chart design. Click there.

5. When we click in chart and ok here, another excel page will open.

6. In excel page , we can type and replacing the series 1, series 2, series 3, series 4 etc and 
     category 1, category - 2, category -3 ..........etc also appear which is replacing by us what we 
     want. then close this excel sheet.

7. Now we can see our chart.
